From September 17 - October 10, 2021, guests discovered the culinary diversity of the regions Kleinwalsertal, Bregenzerwald with the KäseStrasse, Klostertal and Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal. The regions presented theirI regional flagship products during this time: Kleinwalsertal game & beef, Bregenzerwald alpine and mountain cheese and the "Walserstolz", the spicy mountain cheese from Großes Walsertal. We are already looking forward to the next time when culinary delights in Kleinwalsertal are high on the agenda!

From September 17 - October 10, 2021, culture and food lovers got their money's worth.The highlight of the Autumn.Culinary.Time in Kleinwalsertal was the menu as part of the project "Perma(names) kultur" by permaculture gardener Andi Haller, Jeremias Riezler and Jürgen Denk. Cultural and culinary borderline experiences around the Walser vegetable garden united on the plates of the Walserstuba and the Wirtshaus Hoheneck.
Whether with the ORF Frühschoppen with Ulli Delft, with the voluntary Schwendeaktion in the context of 'Natur bewusst erleben' or an gourmet valley hike with 3-course menu at three different gourmet chefs.
